Biography

After extensive training in New York City and Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Paul Gladden brings his expertise in Orthopaedic Trauma to New Orleans. He is a graduate of Brown University and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He did his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University. His fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma was at the MetroHealth Medical Center affiliated with Case Western Reserve University where he also served as a Metro Life Flight physician. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.  He also graduated from the police academy and served as a physician for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office S.W.A.T. team.

Following a successful 10-year run of leading the Orthopaedics Residency program at Tulane, Dr. Gladden was promoted to DIO and Associate Dean for GME Director. He continues to serve the department as an Associate Professor of Orthopaedics.

Dr. Gladden treats acute fractures throughout the body. Dr. Gladden sees patients at Tulane Medical Center and University Medical Center.
