Krewe de Lose

Weekly sessions where you will learn how eating right and exercising can help you live a healthier life. Track your progress with weekly weigh-ins and waist measurements. Learn how to keep a food journal. Classes are free and open to all ages. You do not have to be a patient of the clinic to attend! Changing your lifestyle may be a challenge, but at Krewe de Lose you will find plenty of support for your journey to health! Sessions are held every Monday from 5:15 pm - 6:30 pm, Wednesday from 11:00 am - 12:15 pm or Thursday from 12:15 pm - 1:30 pm.
