Structured teaching sessions
Structures to individual aims (e.g. private practice vs. academic direction). Basic requirements include: clinical and basic research, peer-reviewed publications, and presentations (local, national and international).

Type of direct clinical exposure
The candidate must be eligible for Louisiana medical license. Need to apply for licensure before starting fellowship. This ensures medical practice coverage.

Fellow will effectively function as a junior faculty member and perform mostly Andrology related conditions (sexual dysfunction, male infertility, and urethral stricture disease)

Description of cases
Approximately 3,000 office visits per year:
> 300 Semen analyses
> 200 duplex Doppler studies
> 100 Prosthesis cases (IPP’s & AUS’s)
20 Peyronie’s disease surgeries
25 Microsurgical vasovasostomy/vasoepididymostomy
25 Sperm retrieval cases
10 Vibratory stimulation and/or electoejaculation cases
