Tulane Dermatology accepts 4 residents each year. All residency applications must be submitted through ERAS. Our application deadline is October 1, 2019. All completed applications are considered for interviews. Given the many unique qualities of Tulane Dermatology and New Orleans, we strongly encourage medical students interested in our residency program to schedule a rotation here during their 4th year. To arrange a visiting student rotation, please apply through VSAS.
We strongly encourage applicants to our program to consider the Tulane Internal Medicine preliminary program. This allows those interested in Tulane Medicine to interview with both programs in one trip. Tulane Medicine interns, who are going into dermatology, are assigned to work in the Tulane Dermatology clinic every fifth week of their internship. You will to not only gain the experience and familiarity of Tulane’s facilities and electronic medical records, but also hit the ground running, entering your dermatology residency with a cumulative twelve weeks of dermatology exposure. http://www.tulanemedicine.com/
