Advocacy & Leadership Track Application Process

The program was set up to accept residents from the Internal Medicine residency, though will work with residents individually from other programs to see if their schedules allow for participation. Please fill out the application below.

Please answer the following questions. Answers should not exceed 1.5 pages, collectively.
1. Do you have previous experience in advocacy? If so, what skills did you gain? Are there gaps in your skillset that you are already aware of, or that you are hoping to fill in?

* Of note, previous experience is not required to join the track. Your answers will help us plan appropriate coursework
