Fellows will be supervised and have direct interaction with board-certified faculty members in the Sleep Medicine Clinic for both adult and pediatric patients. Fellows will also experience extensive training in polysomnogram interpretation and technical aspects.
Didactic activities include a sleep medicine lecture series that covers core subjects in sleep medicine. Major changes in sleep medicine and updates will also be included in our monthly sleep medicine journal club. Our didactic activities are always well participated by other sleep specialists in New Orleans metro area, as well as our adjunct faculties.
Our fellows also have the opportunity to teach pulmonary fellows from Tulane University Health Sciences Center and LSU Health Sciences Center who routinely rotate through sleep medicine as part of their training.
