Pamela Derbins is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has long been a resident of Louisiana, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at Southeastern Louisiana University in 2012. She has nursing backgrounds in emergency, intensive care, and medicine/surgery. She received her Master's in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, in 2020 from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is working towards completing her Emergency Neurological Life Support Certification. Pamela has worked at Tulane’s campus of Lakeview Regional Medical Center as a nurse for a cumulative 4.5 years and is now furthering her career as a nurse practitioner at Tulane Neuroscience Center within the School of Medicine.
