Upon receipt of your deposit, your information will be forwarded to the registrars office. Once your information is processed you will be able to register for Fall classes using Gibson Online. Please note that all immunizations must be up to date (see immunization information below) in order to register. You will receive an email with your new Tulane e-mail address and student identification number (ID). The Fall Course Offerings will be available online in April. Before you register, you may want to contact your department to inquire about courses appropriate for your graduate program.
Louisiana law requires all entering college students to have up-to-date immunizations or immunity against measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, and tetanus. All incoming students must comply with the immunization program. REGISTRATION WILL BE BLOCKED FOR ANYONE WHO HAS NOT SUBMITTED PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION. If you have any questions regarding the immunization program or policy, please contact the Tulane Student Health Center at (504) 865-5255. You may also visit their website: https://campushealth.tulane.edu/especially-for/graduate-professional-students.
All students who are attending Tulane on an F-1 or J-1 Visa MUST attend the International Student orientation before classes begin and check–in at the Office of International Students and Scholars. Information about the orientation is on the Office of International Students and Scholars website: http://global.tulane.edu/oiss/
Your transcripts on file may not show your award of degree. If this is so, please request that a complete, official transcript from your undergraduate or graduate registrar be sent to the below address to include in your final admission record:
