Behavioral Medicine and Anxiety Disorders. Dr. Solursh follows an acceptance-based approach based on Learning Theory incorporating interventions from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapy with Response Prevention (ERP), and Existentialism, especially as related to coping with illness and uncertainty. Supervises Clinical Psychology Predoctoral Intern in the Cancer Center for the Behavioral Medicine concentration.
