What will happen at the first appointment?
You will meet with the clinical team to discuss your child’s medical, developmental, and social history. This information helps us to make a diagnosis and request prior authorization from insurance companies for further services.

When will I get an appointment?
Wait times vary depending on the number of individuals seeking services. After receiving the completed packet, an estimated wait time will be given in the confirmation email.
Appointments are typically scheduled for the month around the middle of the previous month. (i.e., May appointments are scheduled around April 15).
How do I know if TCARD will take my insurance?
TCARD accepts most major insurance plans, including all Healthy Louisiana Medicaid plans. Please call your insurance company to insure TCARD providers are in network.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, check, debit, MasterCard, Visa, American Express
Where is TCARD located?
Our physical address is 131 S. Robertson St, New Orleans, LA 70112. We are on the 14th floor of the Murphy Building.
Is there an age limit for patients?
There is no age limit for diagnostic services.
How do I request a copy of my child’s report?
Parents may call the office to request a copy of their child’s report. Reports cannot be sent to anyone other than the parent unless a HIPPA compliant authorization form is signed by the parents.
