Undergraduate and graduate students from across New Orleans came to Tulane University School of Medicine for a day designed to showcase what it is like to be a medical student. The “Medical Student for a Day” program gave students the chance to learn from Tulane medical student volunteers and make connections with faculty. Students received hands-on training in several skills such as CPR, taking blood pressure, and even proper hand washing techniques. Learn more about “Medical Student for a Day” in the video above.
