What is the White Coat Ceremony?

At the White Coat Ceremony, students will receive a white coat, compliments of the Tulane Medical School Bookstore. The Tulane Medical Alumni Association will present each student with a stethoscope.

Do you need tickets to the White Coat Ceremony?
Yes, admission is by ticket only.

What should I wear to the White Coat Ceremony?
Please be advised that the White Coat Ceremony is a formal occasion. Students should dress professionally for the occasion. Women should wear dresses or suits; men should wear dress slacks with shirt and tie.
