A Navigator program helps to improve patient outcomes by working to eliminate barriers to care. A Navigator is the 411 of cancer resources and community support services. Navigators often function as the cancer patient’s care coach. Tulane Comprehensive Cancer Clinic’s Navigator streamlines processes for Oncology patients and addresses the unique needs of the patient, medical team and our referring physicians. The Navigator will assist with timely access to diagnostic studies, cancer treatment and support services.
