She aspires to be an advocate for all trainees and medical students in order to ensure that their educational experience is joyful and fruitful.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Coleman is an avid hiker (and now “walker” in New Orleans), runner, dog mom, coffee consumer, and amateur chef. She enjoys reading mystery novels and listening to a wide array of podcasts while walking her rescue, Stella-Chichi, around the garden district.
