MS in Pharmacology Admissions

The MS in Pharmacology curriculum is designed for completion within one year. Classes will start Monday August 19, 2024 and end by May 1st, 2025.

Applications for the upcoming academic year are due by August 1.
Orientation & the first day of class will take place on Monday August 19, 2024.

Admission Requirements

M.S. Pharmacology applicants should have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree program including basic course work in biology and chemistry. Applicants are evaluated holistically, with admission offered to those we consider likely to gain eventual acceptance into Medical School or another professional program after completion of our program. Most applicants accepted have an undergraduate GPA of ≥3.0

Applications are submitted electronically and require creating an account with the SLATE application hosting service. Visit https://applygrad.tulane.edu/apply/  to create an account and complete an application. The application cycle begins October 1 and ends August 1. Applications will be reviewed as they are received and applicants will be admitted on a competitive basis. Early submission of applications is highly encouraged.

Tuition

Full tuition for the upcoming 2025-26 academic year will be $27,326 to be paid in two installments. There are no tuition waivers available for this program. Students will also be charged the following estimated fees per semester: Academic Support Services ($400), Student Activities ($120), Reily Recreation Center ($223), and Student Health Services ($373). Fees are subject to change.

Master's Graduation Fees

When applying for graduation, a Degree Fee of $35.00 is required.
