The Tulane Proteomics Core continues to grow, currently focusing attention on protein/peptide identification and quantification. These services include a selection of sample preparation and instrument operations to support the Tulane community and external institutions. 

Instrumentation utilized by the core includes Orbitrap Eclipse Tribrid Mass Spectrometer and Thermo Vanquish Neo UHPLC. The instruments are operated by Proteomics Core Facility personnel only.

 Funding provided by an NIH High-End Instrumentation Grant. To comply with funding requirements, all publications and presentations that include data generated using this instrument must acknowledge the NIH award.
