Our faculty physicians are among the most respected ophthalmologists in the field and attract patients regionally, nationally, and internationally. We provide clinical services at Tulane Medical Center, the VA Gulf Coast Health Care System in Biloxi, MS; the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in New Orleans; University Medical Center; and the Alexandria VA Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. We offer a full range of ophthalmic services, including expertise in cornea and external disease; premium cataract surgery; treatment of eye infections, glaucoma, and vitreo-retinal diseases; pediatric ophthalmology; strabismus; contact lenses, including scleral lenses; refractive surgery and comprehensive ophthalmology. Currently, we are undertaking promising research studies, particularly in the areas of corneal transplantation and novel treatments for glaucoma.
