Eligibility for MS Anatomy degree
Applicants to the MS Anatomy program must meet the following requirements:
- A complete application to the Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences. This includes a written statement of career goals and objectives (not to exceed 1,500 words). There is no application fee.
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 or better
- Official transcripts for all academic work (forwarded directly from each college or university)
- Three letters of recommendation
- The following minimum scores: GPA 3.0; MCAT 28 or DAT 16 or GRE 310. For applicants from Australia: GAMSAT 57
- TOEFL scores for applicants from non-English-speaking nations with a minimum score of 72.
Full time tuition for the 2024-25 academic year is $27,810 to be paid on a two-semester basis. Tuition for the MD-MS degree is charged at per-credit rate of $1064. No tuition waivers are available for this program. Students will also be charged the following estimated fees on a per semester basis: Academic Support Services ($1400), Student Activities ($120), Reily Recreation Center ($210), and Student Health Services ($359).
There is no financial aid available from the department of Structural and Cellular Biology or Tulane University for the Master’s Program. Information on other financial aid can be obtained from the university’s Office of Financial Aid: http://www2.tulane.edu/financialaid/
Applications are made to the BMS Graduate School at the website: https://applygrad.tulane.edu/apply/. Applications will be reviewed as they are received and applicants will be admitted on a competitive basis. Therefore early submission of applications is highly encouraged. Therefore early submission of applications is highly encouraged. Acceptances into the program are communicated to applicants as soon as a decision is made on applications.
