The Human Genetics Graduate Program is a multidisciplinary, interdepartmental program combining the study of clinical genetics, biochemical genetics, molecular genetics, cytogenetics and statistical genetics with an emphasis on both basic research and genetic services. Major programs exist in epigenetics, cancer genetics, biochemical genetics and placental function. The interdepartmental structure is intended to allow faculty from various departments to contribute to the growing needs for research, teaching, and service in the field of human genetics.
