Monday AM: Microbiology conference at UMC microbiology lab.
Tuesday AM: This conference is made up of a variety of activities, including faculty lead board review, HIV curriculum and journal club
Wednesday AM: Tulane ID Section Conference.
This conference is made up of a variety of activities, depending on the week. Fellows present cases for discussion or Faculty present a “core topic” from a longitudinal two-year curriculum.
Wednesday PM: (quarterly) Citywide Infectious Disease Conference (via Zoom)
This conference is a collaborative effort run jointly by Tulane Adult ID, Tulane Pediatric ID, LSU ID, and Ochsner ID. These conferences are typically grand rounds style presentations by local, regional, and national experts
