The Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care & Environmental section of the Department of Medicine has an active research environment. An Eosinophilic Disorder Center allows researchers, patients and their families to understand the disease and consult for the better treatment of the eosinophil associated disorders. Clinical trials include genome research in African American scleroderma patients, and cystic fibrosis treatments.
