Fellowship Overview
The Section of Cardiology offers a three-year cardiovascular disease fellowship training program a two year cardiac electrophysiology fellowship training program and a one-year interventional cardiology fellowship training program. Our programs strive to uphold the Tulane tradition of clinical excellence, teaching and research. We have a strong history of preparing leaders in the field of academic and interventional cardiology, providing them with the tools to become skilled clinicians as well as providing outstanding experience in the field of cardiovascular research.
Fellows gain diverse and exceptional clinical experience through rotations at the University Medical Center of New Orleans, the Southeast Louisiana Veteran’s Healthcare System, and East Jefferson General Hospital.
