Cancellations
Please notify Core personnel immediately if any information changes before your scheduled appointment.
Aria/LSR II Users
All users are requested to contact the facility at least two business days in advance for cell analysis or sorting. It is recommended to check the availability of the instrument before starting your experiment in order to ensure that samples will be run on time. Please contact the facility as soon as possible if any changes to your scheduled time is needed.
First-Time User
Please contact Mary Price, prior to scheduling so that you can be assured that the facility is prepared to meet your needs and to expedite any special requests. Explain what you hope to achieve and we will help you to decide what instrumentation would most suit your needs. A brief consultation on experimental design to discuss controls needed and an introduction to sample preparation is required.

We welcome any feedback from users of the Cell Analysis Core Facility. Please email any comments or suggestions directly to mprice1@tulane.edu or Prescott Deininger at pdeinin@tulane.edu.
As a reminder, all users of the CACF are asked to acknowledge the Core in their papers. Please acknowledge this grant as well. Below is suggested wording for the COBRE grant acknowledgement:
