Class of 2027 News
- IT’S TIME TO APPLY FOR 2026-2027 AID – Using school code 002029, complete your 2026-2027 FAFSA.
- If you want to apply for need-based scholarships, complete the CSS Profile (code 6844). Application deadline: June 1, 2026.
- FALL 2026 FINANCIAL AID for rising T4s will be disbursed in early July. Your living expense refund will be available at that time.
Class of 2028 News
- IT’S TIME TO APPLY FOR 2026-2027 AID – Using school code 002029, complete your 2026-2027 FAFSA.

DUAL DEGREE STUDENTS enrolling for summer who want financial aid need to fill out the 2026 Summer Health Sciences Addendum . Students are also encouraged to view the summer financial aid presentation.

- THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT AN ADJUSTMENT FORM for 2025-2026 aid is March 31 for T1/T4
- and May 31 for T2/T3.
- LOOKING FOR TAX HELP? The IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free basic tax return preparation to qualified individuals. More information here.
- CHECK YOUR GIBSON ONLINE ACCOUNT for any outstanding items that you may have for the current or upcoming 2026-2027 academic year.

- DO YOU SEE A REFUND-TITLE IV CHARGE ON YOUR ACCOUNT? This charge is from Accounts Receivable due to an ineligible Title IV charge on your account such as health insurance, parking, or bookstore purchases. A/R is depositing or mailing checks to the address on file. Simply return the refund by making a payment on your student account using the funds they sent. To correct this in the future and allow A/R to cover non-Title IV charges, please fill out the Title IV Release Form and send in to A/R.
Class of 2026 News

- email was sent out earlier this month to the listserv. Please refer to it for more information.
- RESIDENCY INTERVIEW ADJUSTMENT REQUEST FORMS ARE DUE BY MARCH 31. If you want to
- borrow additional loan funding to help offset the cost of ERAS fees, or travel related residency interview expenses, please fill out a form. The deadline to submit is March 31, 2026. PLEASE UPLOAD THIS FORM AND COPIES OF RECEIPTS USING THE UPLOAD TOOL ON THE FINANCIAL AID WEBSITE.
- GOING INTO PRIMARY CARE? The PCL application cycle is open. Please contact the financial aid office for more details on this subsidized loan.
- 2025 TAX RETURN: Please complete a 2025 tax return even if you did not earn any income. Doing so will help you plan for loan repayment during your residency. 2025 tax returns will be used to determine your monthly loan payment amount for income-driven plans. If you need assistance, please consult a tax professional or investigate the VITA program here.
- For help, come to our Tax Filing Happy Hour scheduled for March 11 and April 2, from 4-6pm.
Class of 2027 News

- PLAN ON FILING YOUR 2025 TAX RETURN: It’s a good idea to get in the habit of filing an annual tax return now. Next year, it will be important to file your return for loan repayment purposes. If you need assistance, please consult a tax professional or investigate the VITA program here.
