Employee Assistance Program - New Directions offers programs and services to help individuals achieve better health and overcome barriers in life.

Tulane Wellness Clinic - With locations both Uptown and Downtown, the Living Well Clinics are available to assist with cognitive behavioral therapy, same-day appointments for urgent care needs, as well as wellness visits including flu shots, biometrics, and long-term health coaching.

Efforts to Improve and Support Wellbeing - Tulane School of Medicine is committed to enhancing institutional efforts to improve faculty wellbeing. Given that research has shown that workflow improvements are among the most powerful interventions to reduce burnout, the Wellness Committee is exploring ways to de-implement processes or requirements that add little or no value to team functioning, impede work, or waste time/resources. Please take a moment to complete this brief survey to assist us in identifying ways to reduce unintended burdens and enhance joy in medicine.

Mayo Well-Being Index - This is an opportunity to help you better understand your overall well-being and areas of risk compared to other medical students across the nation, as well as provide access to local and national resources.

Phoenix Society - serves as a confidential resource for referral, information, and advocacy for students’ wellness needs

Wave of Support - A collaborative program that supports students’ mental and emotional health at Tulane University. The Wave of Support brings together the programs and services of the many existing student support offices on campus with the goal of building a healthier campus by enhancing the holistic experience of our students in the realm of wellbeing.

Mayo Well-Being Index - This is an opportunity to help you better understand your overall well-being and areas of risk compared to other residents across the nation, as well as provide access to local and national resources.

Tulane Resident and Fellow Congress - The Resident/Fellow Congress (TRFC) provides residents/fellows at Tulane with a platform to communicate and exchange information relevant to their ACGME-accredited programs and their learning and working environments. The Congress is composed of representatives from each program elected by their peers. The Congress in turn elects resident representatives to serve on the GMEC, where they provide a representative voice for the governance of our programs.
