Pathways to Distinction is a program that provides residents with a scripted path, one that can be used as a guide to assist you toward your future career. This is not a mandatory requirement. However, if a particular path is chosen and completed by graduation, then that resident will graduate with distinction in that particular field. Residents may participate in more than one pathway if they choose.
