Tammy A. Naramore is the Senior Research Administrator for the Tulane Center for Airborne Infection & Transmission Science (TUCAiTS) at Tulane University School of Medicine. She has more than 25 years of experience in research administration, specializing in pre- and post-award grant management, budget administration, regulatory compliance, and research operations.
In addition to her administrative leadership, Tammy has served as Co-Chair of the EDI Education Series Committee and was a member of the EDI Land Acknowledgement Committee, with the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Working Group, and the Micro Morale Committee. She is also a graduate of Tulane's 2022 Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), Professional Development Program, and Manager Development Program supporting research excellence and fostering collaboration across the institution.
Tammy earned both her Master of Liberal Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Tulane University. In recognition of her outstanding service and commitment to the university, she received the Tulane Presidential Award in 2025, in recognition of her outstanding service and contributions to the university. This is one of the institution's highest honors, recognizing exceptional contributions to the Tulane community.

Venicia L. Stewart is the Program Manager I for the Tulane Center for Airborne Infection & Transmission Science (TUCAiTS) at Tulane University School of Medicine. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience in higher education, in addition to academic medicine, healthcare administration, and biomedical research, with expertise in research administration, operational leadership, financial management, compliance, strategic planning, and program administration. Since joining Tulane University in 2019, Venicia has earned two promotions in recognition of her leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to advancing the university's research mission.
Beyond her administrative leadership, Venicia serves on Tulane University's Staff Advocacy, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (SAIDE) Staff Retention and Advancement Subcommittee, contributing to initiatives that support employee engagement, professional development, and organizational excellence. Venicia completed the Tulane University Leadership Institute Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) in April 2026, further strengthening her leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management skills in support of Tulane University's mission of research and academic excellence.
Venicia earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Digital Media and Marketing Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and Health and Wellness from Tulane University in 2026. Her academic achievements include induction into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, National Honor Society, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is currently pursuing a Professional Master of Business Administration at Tulane University's A. B. Freeman School of Business, where she continues to expand her expertise in executive leadership, organizational strategy, and business management.
