We wish to establish a collection of food allergic patient blood to perform serum antibody binding and immune cell studies.
Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria
English-speaking, food allergic patients and nonfood allergic controls, by history and or food specific IgE testing will be included age 7-90 years old. Pregnant patients will be excluded by a positive urine pregnancy dip-stick test that will be performed prior to screening.
