Education is our top priority because it allows us to be exponential. The clinician who teaches 10 students per year, will indirectly care for eighty million patients over a twenty year career.
The Tulane Program operates at three clinical facilities, providing exposure to a great diversity of clinical illnesses and patient populations. This makes the Tulane resident great, not only because she sees a diversity of severity and types of diseases, but also because she learns to care for a diversity of people. Appreciating diversity is requisite to being a great person, and being a great person is requisite for being a great doctor.
This section contains the details of our residency program. As always, if you ever have questions that may not be answered here, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Take a quick glance at the statistics to get an overall feeling for the size and character of the program. But spend some time with the content that is provided in the menu to the top-left… these are the features of the program that make it truly unique.
This content was created based on questions interviewees asked during their visit to Tulane. We suggest you start with "Curriculum" and work your way down.
