With Carnival season now in full swing, the last thing you want to do is get sick or spend a lot of time waiting at an urgent care. Connect with a Tulane Telehealth provider from the comfort of your couch instead. Tulane Telehealth gives you 24/7 virtual urgent care.

Tulane Telehealth is now a zero copay benefit for employees and their families who are covered by Tulane medical insurance (HDHP plan members pay $0 after deductible is met). Employees and others without Tulane insurance can easily register and use Tulane Telehealth too – standard copays will be billed after the visit. Read more on the FAQ page.

Registering takes just a few minutes and gives you nationwide access to our network of internal medicine, family practice, and pediatric providers. Our providers can diagnose,  treat, and prescribe medication where necessary for many non-emergency conditions.

Conditions treated by Tulane Telehealth include cold and flu symptoms, bronchitis, allergies, pink eye, urinary tract infection, respiratory infection, sinus problems, ear infection, rashes, medication refills, and much more.
