The Section of Adolescent Medicine provides a wide variety of health care settings to introduce residents and students to the care of adolescents, service to the Department of Pediatrics providing continuity of care clinics and referrals to sub-specialists, leadership in the research and care of adolescents with HIV, the provision of accredited college health programs, leadership in healthcare for homeless youth, and leadership in street and community outreach.  Tulane's Section of Adolescent Medicine provided the only Title X reproductive health clinic on the East Bank of New Orleans.
