If your child is having challenges breathing, the Section of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine can provide you and your child with information, support and advanced treatment. Our pediatric pulmonary experts provide a multidisciplinary inpatient and outpatient service for infants and children with chronic and temporary respiratory problems.
The section of pediatric pulmonology is recognized as one of the premier clinical referral sites in the gulf coast region. There are four senior staff and a nurse practitioner with expertise in cystic fibrosis, asthma, chronic respiratory failure and respiratory complications of neuromuscular diseases.
