Research is not a “one size fits all” experience. While Tulane has excellent opportunities, you may find that these may not fit your research interest. Fortunately, you can expand your research horizons with numerous external research opportunities in the form of summer programs between T1 and T2 year as well as year out research experiences. These competitive programs usually offer stipend/housing and mentorship as well aid in building your future professional networks.
