Parking for White Coat Ceremony:
Parking is available in the Diboll Garage on Ben Weiner Drive and Janet Yulman Way. A shuttle will be available to bring guests to McAlister, or guests may walk a short walk (5-7 minute walk) from the garage to the auditorium down McAlister Drive. Shuttles will start at 12:45 before the ceremony and run until 4:30 after the ceremony.
What is the White Coat Ceremony?
Tulane medical students' careers begin with the White Coat Ceremony, which defines the commitment and dedication they have made to their patients and themselves as they enter medical school. At the White Coat Ceremony, students will receive a white coat, and a stethoscope, compliments of the Tulane Alumni Association. Each student may bring 8 guests each.
