Tulane Lakeside Hospital Lakeside delivers babies: more than 90,000 since opening in 1964. Today, this 119 bed hospital continues to emphasize women's health services. It is home to the Tulane Breast Health Center, a location of Tulane Aesthetic Surgery, and a Tulane Surgery Clinic. In 2007, Tulane and Lakeside combined had more than 4,000 surgical admits. LCMC Health: Children's Hospital of New Orleans Children’s Hospital is a 247-bed, not-for-profit pediatric medical center offering a complete range of healthcare services for children from birth to 21 years.
