As the COVID-19 pandemic impacts clinical trials registration and reporting, Tulane University SOM continues its collaboration with the Clinical Trials Registration and Results Taskforce to develop solutions and tools for investigators and regulatory staff. The taskforce released a document titled: Suggested Best Practices for ClinicalTrials.gov Activity during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Pertinent topics in the document include:

• Recommendations on how to update the status of studies that may be delayed, suspended, or terminated due to COVID-19
• Guidance on how to include key words in the Brief Title of studies that will aid in the searchability of clinical studies related to COVID-19.
