PhD students receive a full tuition waiver and both non-service-required and teaching assistantship stipends for the first two years. In the third year and beyond, stipends are usually Research Assistantships, which also carry a full tuition waiver. For current stipend amounts, please contact bms@tulane.edu. In addition, students health insurance fees are covered by the program.
Tuition for the PhD program in Biomedical Sciences is waived. Students are responsible for all fees assessed during the academic year. Tulane supplies limited funds to qualified graduate students every year to attend conferences and symposia.
