What is the Kinship Navigator Program (KNP)?

Our Kinship Navigator program serves as an information and referral network for kinship caregivers who are currently raising or fostering children. Kinship caregivers may find themselves unexpectedly in this role, often without sufficient assistance to navigate the system of support necessary to meet their families’ needs. Our Kinship Navigator Program can help! We are here to further assist you on your journey as a kinship caregiver.

Our Vision

We want to assist you in identifying and accessing support services within the community. Our vision is to help cultivate strong, stable, and successful families, and most importantly, help you feel empowered and supported!
