The Resident Initiative for Global Health at Tulane (RIGHT) Program is a global health and health equity interest group that is available to residents from all specialties at Tulane. The program started in 2014 and is a community of clinicians, educators, and researchers focused on caring for underserved populations worldwide and improving global health equity. The five core components of the program are monthly seminars, mentorship, online curriculum, global health rotations for residents, and scholarly activity by its members.
We welcome your participation in our monthly seminars and lecture events. If you would like to be added to the RIGHT listserv to receive announcements on upcoming activities and information on global health opportunities, please send your contact information to Donna Darensbourg at donnad@tulane.edu.
Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year are open. There is limited funding for short-term global health rotations. If you would like to apply, please complete the application form. The deadline is October 31, 2024.
