Celebrating Our Staff: SAIDE Staff Kudos Program
Every day, Tulane School of Medicine staff make a difference by supporting our students, faculty, patients, programs, and one another. The SAIDE Committee believes these contributions deserve to be recognized and celebrated!
The Staff Advocacy, Involvement, Development & Engagement (SAIDE) Committee is proud to partner with the Professionalism/Environment of Learning Program (PELP) to recognize the outstanding work of our School of Medicine staff through the Staff Kudos Program.
See Something Great? Send a Kudos!
Did a staff member go above and beyond? Did someone step in to help, provide exceptional service, demonstrate teamwork, solve a problem, or simply make someone's day a little better?
We want to hear about it!
Take a few moments to submit a Kudos Form and recognize a colleague for the positive impact they are making within the School of Medicine.
Kudos Opportunities
There is no limit to the number of Kudos a staff member can receive, so we encourage you to recognize great work whenever you see it.
- Monthly Staff Kudos Recognition - Each month, SAIDE will select a staff member whose nomination best exemplifies one of the Tulane School of Medicine Guiding Principles.
- Tri-Annual Staff Kudos Recognition - Every four months, one nominated staff member will be selected for additional recognition as a Tri-Annual Staff Kudos Winner. The selected staff member will receive a special prize and be recognized through School of Medicine Communications.
