Mission
Our mission is to establish a council of representatives from across the School of Medicine dedicated to addressing staff-related matters and fostering a supportive and engaging workplace. Through strategic initiatives and collaborations, the council will develop policies and educational efforts that enhance professional growth, strengthen workplace culture, and promote fairness. We aim to create an environment where staff members have a voice, access opportunities for recognition and advancement, and advocate for their colleagues.
