Mission
Our mission is to establish a council of representatives from across the School of Medicine dedicated to addressing staff-related matters and fostering a supportive and engaging workplace. Through strategic initiatives and collaborations, the council will develop policies and educational efforts that enhance professional growth, strengthen workplace culture, and promote fairness. We aim to create an environment where staff members have a voice, have access to opportunities for recognition and advancement, and advocate for their colleagues.
Vision
SAIDE strives to cultivate a School of Medicine where every staff member feels valued, connected, supported, and empowered to thrive. Through collaboration, professional development, wellness, recognition, and mentorship, SAIDE strives to strengthen our workplace culture by creating meaningful opportunities that foster belonging, encourage innovation, and inspire excellence.
As one unified committee, we are committed to listening to staff voices, promoting continuous growth, and building a community where individuals from all departments work together to make a positive and lasting impact across the School of Medicine and the communities we serve.
