The simulations are primarily geared towards residents, but also involve nursing staff, nursing students, and medical students. The simulations are intended to reinforce medical knowledge, cognitive skill, and teamwork skills needed in a medical emergency. After every simulation, a debriefing is led by a Chief Resident and a PICU Attending.
