The Pathway to Promotions Program is designed to increase professional advancement for all faculty at Tulane with a focus on those who have been at Tulane for five years or more. The program includes group and individual meetings hosted by the Office of Faculty Affairs to provide advice and guidance for faculty who are potentially eligible for promotion. These sessions review criteria and strategies for promotion and provide guidance on how to prepare the curriculum vitae and personal executive summary. Faculty needs such as mentoring, networking, and peer support are discussed and faculty resources for advancement (in research, medical education, and clinical/professional service) are shared.
