Notes:
- Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Students can cancel or reschedule more than 2 weeks prior to the course date with no fee. Rescheduling less than 2 weeks before class will result in a fee of 15% of registration costs to move to a later course. Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to class will result in a registration fee refund minus 25%.
- The Sim Center does not accept personal checks for course registration fees. Students can pay cash, by credit card or a business/employer's check.
- The Sim Center reserves the right to cancel these courses due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. Cancellation due to enrollment would be announced no later than 3 weeks prior to course dates. Students will be rescheduled to a later date or provided a full refund. Travel should not be booked before this time. Tulane is not responsible for any fees related to a canceled course.
- Registration information and payment must be received before enrollment is final and course materials are mailed.
- Refresher course is only available to students who have a valid ATLS Provider card, or are within the 6 month grace period for renewal.
