Why I chose Tulane: I chose Tulane for several reasons. The faculty and residents were welcoming and engaging during my interviews. I felt as though the faculty all wanted me to specialize in what they did. They were all very passionate about their work and clearly enjoyed educating. Tulane is a well-known institution; past residents have gone to great fellowships in a wide variety of subspecialties. Finally, New Orleans is a unique city with diverse food, awesome music, beautiful weather, and fun people with plenty of interesting pathologies.
