Why I chose Tulane: The residents and faculty were all warm, welcoming, and fun on my interview day! Tulane was also one of the most diverse programs I interviewed at. This program is very supportive and focused on training great clinical Neurologists. Tulane has great name recognition and mentors from my medical school had great things to say about the program. Tulane also has three strong and unique training sites in the heart of downtown New Orleans: Tulane Medical Center, University Medical Center, and SE Louisiana VA Hospital. Residents also match into great fellowships. I also chose Tulane because of New Orleans. The city has amazing culture, great people, and tons of fun things to do!
