Professionalism Program: The Professionalism/Environment of Learning Program (PELP) is designed to facilitate the creation and maintenance of an environment that is professional, respectful, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating. The PELP allows individuals to both recognize exemplary behavior as well as submit concerns about all aspects of the learning environment.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Tulane University's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided through Lucet, offers professional and confidential services to help employees and their families navigate personal, family, life, and work-related challenges. These services are available free of charge, 24/7, and include unlimited telephonic clinical assessments and referrals, up to three face-to-face counseling sessions, legal and financial consultations, family referral and caregiving services, daily living and convenience services, and funeral concierge services.
