The Resident to Faculty Pipeline Initiative provides opportunities for under represented individuals in medicine within Tulane’s residency program, such as women and/or those who identify as African American or Hispanic, to network with faculty and leaders in the SOM and participate in planning workshops and seminars designed to foster careers in medicine and science.
