News for Parents, Families, and Friends of our Medical Students

Group of new students on White Coat Day Dear Parents, Families, and Friends of our Tulane School of Medicine Students,
The Office of Admissions and Students Affairs is delighted to send you our first newsletter providing information about your student’s curriculum, highlights of their volunteer service within our New Orleans community, and other articles of interest about the School of Medicine.  Each of the four years of medical school follows a predictable cycle, and there are times during the year when students may be too busy to share these many details themselves. We will be covering the highlights of these recent and upcoming events with you through this newsletter, and we plan to publish another issue during the Spring. In order to make it easier for you to focus on your student’s class activities, the articles are grouped according to class year. We invite you to read all of the news so that you will have an idea of what lies ahead for your future Tulane doctor!
