How do I check cell viability after tissue digestion?

The core has a Nexcelom Cellometer Auto 200 that can provide cell density and % viability.

How do I handle samples where access to the 10X Chromium Controller may not be immediately available?

10X has developed a protocol for methanol fixation that allows later processing of the sample.
